Let me ask you a question: When you have a serious ailment and you go to the doctor, dentist or any other healthcare provider…are you looking for "cheap", or are you looking for the cure?

I take my training service as a professional very seriously and I offer you a life-changing experience. Though my prices are still very affordable and offer tremendous value, if you're looking to pay dirt cheap rates then I suggest you rather hire the trainer down the road who has a weekend certification and cares more about showing off his skin-tight t-shirt than about showing you the safest and most effective way to get the results that you want.

before I can custom design your program to fit your budget and fitness goals, I would like to meet with you in person to discuss the following topics to determine which program and style of training is best for you:  

  • Your reasons for hiring a personal trainer
  • Your health and fitness goals
  • Your exercise experience and history
  • Your health history and risk information
  • Your baseline level of fitness
  • The amount of time you can dedicate to exercise
  • Your exercise and activity preferences 

This meeting generally takes about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on whether you have filled out the forms and questionnaires in advance. At the end of the consultation, I will present you with a general recommended action plan.  If you choose to work with me, I then develop a personalized fitness program tailored specifically to meet your needs.
